Our approach

Our method, in full — before you commit.

Most consultancies treat their delivery methodology as intellectual property. We publish ours. If our method does not fit your situation, you should be able to determine that before you spend budget, not afterwards.

Why we publish this

A firm our size can maintain one consistent method across every engagement — a large firm structurally cannot. Publishing it turns that into something you can verify rather than something you have to take on trust. It also sets a standard we can be held to.

Five phases

Every engagement runs through the same sequence, regardless of practice.

  1. 01

    Qualify

Decide together whether we are the right firm for this work.

    Five phases
Discovery conversation · needs assessment · honest capability check · commercial fit
    Gate
Both commercial and technical assent required. Either can decline.
    Output
A go or no-go decision, with the reasoning recorded.

We decline work we cannot do well. That includes telling you when you do not need what you asked for, and when another firm is better placed.

  2. 02

    Scope

Define precisely what will be delivered, and what will not.

    Five phases
Detailed scoping · deliverable definition · timeline · resourcing · written statement of work
    Gate
Your written sign-off on scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria and exclusions.
    Output
    A signed statement of work.

Exclusions are written down explicitly. Most consulting disputes originate in what was assumed rather than what was promised.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Execute against the method, with visible progress throughout.

    Five phases
Execution · scheduled checkpoints · risk and issue tracking · change control
    Gate
Checkpoint reviews at defined milestones. Peer review before any deliverable is released.
    Output
Deliverables as defined in the statement of work.

You will never be left without an update. Scheduled communication is part of the method, not a courtesy.

  4. 04

    Close

Hand over properly, and confirm the work is genuinely complete.

    Five phases
Final delivery · walkthrough · formal acceptance · internal retrospective
    Gate
    Your written acceptance.
    Output
An acceptance record, and lessons captured into our methodology.

Every engagement updates our method. That is how a small firm compounds experience rather than repeating it.

  5. 05

    Sustain

Confirm the change held, and stay available.

    Five phases
    Post-engagement check-in · ongoing support options · relationship continuity
    Gate
None — this phase is ours to initiate.
    Output
Confirmation the solution is working in practice.

We contact you after the project closes to confirm it is still working. If it is not, that is a problem we would rather find than have you discover.

Quality assurance

Five layers, applied to every engagement.

Quality control is the clearest structural difference between a consultancy and a group of individual contractors.

  1. 01

    Author self-check

A completion checklist specific to each deliverable type, before submission.

  2. 02

    Peer review

A second qualified person reviews every client deliverable before release. This is mandatory and has no exceptions.

  3. 03

    Technical authority sign-off

Assessments, architectures and anything carrying material risk require senior technical sign-off.

  4. 04

    Client acceptance

Formal written acceptance against the criteria agreed during scoping.

  5. 05

    Retrospective

What worked, what did not, and what changes in our method as a result.

How we work

Five commitments.

Evidence over assertion
We claim only what we can demonstrate. Every recommendation traces to a framework, a finding, or a measurement — not to opinion.
Confidentiality is absolute
Client security posture never leaves the engagement. We do not publish client names or findings, including for our own marketing.
Senior people, real accountability
Every engagement has a named senior owner. We do not staff junior and supervise from a distance.
We say no
We decline work we cannot do well, and we tell clients when they do not need what they asked for.
Standards, not improvisation
We work to NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001 and CIS Controls. Where we deviate, we document why.

Delivery model

Remote-first, by design.

We deliver consulting, implementation and support remotely across Libya and internationally. This is not a constraint we work around — it is how the firm is built. It means engagements are not limited by travel, response times are not tied to physical presence, and clients outside Tripoli receive the same delivery as those inside it.

  • Scheduled checkpoints rather than ad-hoc availability
  • Documented handover, so knowledge does not depend on a single conversation
  • Defined escalation path from the first day of the engagement
  • Delivery in Arabic and English

Does this fit your situation?

If our method suits what you are dealing with, the next step is a short conversation. If it does not, we would rather tell you now.
